Bad Weather Conditions
The CPC Flea Market is weather dependent, with a rain date to be announced. A decision to cancel will be made 24 hours in advance. In that case, we will let you know via email.
Arrival & Setup
Vendors with large items (i.e. furniture, etc.) should arrive between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m.; vendors with smaller items should arrive between 11:00am and noon. You will be allowed to unload at the driveway and then you will be asked to move your car and park farther down the street. Do not set up your space until you move your vehicle. It is important that vendors arrive on time to ensure a smooth set-up for everyone. Vendors are required to stay for the entire market.
Please Note – At this time, the CPC Flea Market is not open to Direct Sales Marketers.

You must keep all your goods inside your own space.
You are responsible to collect all sales tax and handle your own transactions.
