We have a new member system!
Everyone has been migrated over and over the next few weeks I will show you some of the parts of the of the system.
The best thing is it is now all on one site!

Member Menu
First, we will cover the website member menu. You will likely not see at these options depending on whether you are logged in or what kind of member you are. But here is the what is on the menu and what it does.
Membership Renewal
Next, RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
The first is for those that just want to renew the membership they already have.
First go to Membership > Manage you Membership and you will see the screen below.
You will go here where you can pay by PayPal or other options.
If you want to change your membership go to Membership > Membership Renewal
That will bring you to this screen, where you can choose your membership.
You can choose auto debit (recurring) or one time (manual).
And that’s it! That’s how you renew your membership!
Join Date
Right now your join date is the date that you were migrated into the system. We would love to put your correct date into that space – all you have to do is email membership@cpcbalt.com and let us know what the correct date is. We will change it for you!
Edit Profile
This week we will cover Edit your profile
These instructions is very long so it is in Word Document that you can access. Things to remember:
1 – Make sure you email is correct for member mailings
2 – Make sure your address is correct so we can send you the holiday card.
Order History
This week we will cover Past Order History.
Knowing what you ordered an help if you need to cancel or avoid double ordering. As long as you are logged in you can find all your order history here.

On this page you can change your password (yes, you can do it on your edit profile page too), you payment methods, addresses, etc.
