We envision a space that hosts the important moments of your life. Birthdays. Celebrations of Life, lectures, classes…all the things that make your life yours.

If you would like to book the Club for an event please start by filling out the form on our website under Other Services so we can get a rough idea of what kind of situation you are planning, how many people you are thinking, and when you would like to have it.

Amy and I will get back to you the following Wednesday during our weekly office hours and let you know what availability the Club has- the sooner you book, the better chance you have of getting the date that you would like!

If you have questions or thoughts about anything event related, please use the email address events@cpcbalt.com so it doesn’t get lost in our shuffle.

Things to remember:

You must be a probationary or a full member of the Club to be able to rent it for a private party.
When you rent the Club for your private event you get to decide what you want the covid/ masking protocol to be for your guests.
If your party is over 70 people we ask that you rent a port-a-potty (about $250)

Catering

If you would like to book the Club for an event please start by filling out the form so we can get a rough idea of what kind of situation you are planning, how many people you are thinking, and when you would like to have it.

Note: You must guarantee at least 20 orders to be able to have CPC provide food for your event. The cost is for space rental only, and food is ordered separately through an order page we will set up for your party.

Rates:

Weekday Evening: $100 (up to 2 hours)
Weekday Evening: $150 (up to 4 hours)
Friday Evening: $200 (up to 4 hours)
Saturday Daytime (done by 5): $150 (up to 3 hours)
Saturday Evening: $200 (up to 4 hours)
Sunday Daytime or Evening: $150 (up to 4 hours)

Private Party with Food

You want to use our space! Great!
Please feel free to bring in your own food, order delivery, or have everyone bring a pot luck. You are responsible for bringing your own paper goods, but if you would like to use our metal silverware that’s fine. Let us know if you want to use the grill or want to heat anything up on the stove or in the oven.

If you decide to have a bartender. This person will also set up trash cans, a water station, and generally be there to help you navigate the Club during your event, plus have the bar open for service.

Rates:

Weekday Evening: $50 (up to 2 hours)
Weekday Evening: $75 (up to 4 hours)
Friday Evening: $150 (up to 4 hours)
Saturday Daytime (done by 5): $200 (up to 4 hours)
Saturday Evening: $225 (up to 4 hours)
Sunday Daytime or Evening: $150 (up to 4 hours)

Private Party without Food

You want to use our space and don’t need a bartender! Great!
