Rent Our Club

It feels so good to be back in the kitchen doing this job that I love so much.  It’s always great to be on vacation, but the truth is that I don’t do well with too much down time on my hands.  Cooking is one of my biggest joys in life, it’s a ritual that grounds me, it’s a direct expression of my creativity, and it’s one of my most pure love languages.  I love to be a part of y’all’s lives!  In the past few weeks I’ve gotten to host a baby shower for one of the chefs that cooked for my wedding AND I’ve gotten to host a birthday party for the person who manages the gardens for the Club.  Trading love and care back and forth in a way that strengthens the fabric of this Club makes me so proud of what we continue to build here together.  The other day when Eva was making her birthday wishes, I was holding her cake and thinking about just how many of your birthday wishes I’ve held over the last 8 years and I just feel so grateful.

So please think about booking the Club for the special moments in your life.  I’d love to make your small wedding easy and joyous, your birthday or anniversary a wacky good time, and while celebrations of life are bittersweet I’m glad to be able to give comfort and space.  

In order to rent the Club you must be a member of the CPC, this is our collective space and a part of what membership means.  

Membership also means I’ll make you a birthday cake!  If you don’t want to do a full private rental, you can always invite any friends you want on a Thursday around your birthday for our regular Club Night.  Anything flavor cake you want (other than cheesecake!) for $25 and that gets you 2 whole cakes to share with all of your friends and everyone at the Club.  Our website has the order form that you’ll need to let me know all the details.
