You understand to rent this space you agree to the following –
You must be a probationary or a full member of the Club to be able to rent it for a private party.
When you rent the Club for your private event you get to decide what you want the COVID/ masking protocol to be for your guests.
If your party is over 70 people, you agree to rent a port-a-potty.
Renter agrees all risk, and agrees to hold Clifton Pleasure Club and Grindon Estates and any of its staff harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and damage, and all costs and expenses arising directly and indirectly at or relating to use of the space.
