Your First Time at the CPC?

Welcome! Make sure to sign in when you get here. Our sign-in station is the iPad on the bar closest to the front door, next to the water station, and if you have any problems with it please ask the bartender for help.

Signing in when you arrive at the Club is essential for maintaining a strong sense of community and accountability. It helps us keep track of who’s using the space, ensuring that we meet the legal requirements of our 503(c)7 status as a social club. It’s a simple way to help us create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone. Your sign-in matters- a small step that makes a big difference in sustaining the space we all love!

How to Order Food

The Club encourages you to pre-order your meals through our website whenever possible. It helps us manage cash flow and plan how much food to prepare. However, we don’t have the technology to match pre-orders with your identity when you arrive at the Club. So, once you’re here, just catch Amelia to ask for your pre-order and let her know of any special requests.

If you haven’t pre-ordered, the process for ordering food is simple: just flag Amelia down when you see her with her notepad! She takes as many orders as people are ready to give at once, then heads to the kitchen to start preparing the meals. Once the current batch is ready, Amelia delivers everyone’s food before going back out to take the next round of orders. After 10 years, she’s usually pretty good at gauging who’s ready to order or trying to catch her eye.

Please note that she does her best to serve meals in the order in which people arrive at the Club, and tries hard to ensure new arrivals don’t skip ahead of those who’ve been waiting patiently.

Note:  Of course things can never be that straightforward around here (cause the normal way is so straightforward.)  Here’s a breakdown of how we do things:

“Concession Style”

For super busy nights, we set up a food station right in the bar. You’ll line up and we’ll prepare your meal right in front of you, hot and fresh. This approach lets more people get their food faster, but we understand it might not work for everyone, especially if you have mobility issues.  We acknowledge that this style of service is ablest because it requires people to be able to carry their meal to where they’re eating, sometimes navigating stairs.  As a general rule, the staff knows which of our members have mobility issues the same way we know our members’ dietary restrictions and drink preferences, so we’ll bring their food to them personally.  If you are new to the Club and would like to help getting your food to where you’d like to sit just ask and any number of us would be happy to.

“Partial Buffet”

One of our staff will be standing at the buffet ready to portion your half order or your whole order and get you all set up then you get to customize it! Move through the line and add all your favorite toppings and sides, exactly how you like them. Whether you’re picky about portions or don’t like certain foods touching, this lets you create your perfect plate. We believe food is personal, and you should get it just how you want it!

“Full Buffet”

This style of service often goes hand in hand with a PARTY PASS, and around these parts that means All You Can Eat! You can break up your meal into courses, go back for seconds (or thirds) of your favorite dishes, or just keep it simple with one thing all night. It’s totally up to you!

*Note: Seasoned Supper Club has its own unique style of service.  Please check out this page for more details.

You’ll see a PARTY PASS attached to some of our bigger events, especially when we’re offering the All You Can Eat Buffet. It’s basically our version of a cover charge that helps us fund the extra decorations, set-up, and fun planning that go into making these nights special. But don’t worry, we always offer Low-Cost and No-Cost Community Party Pass options to make sure everyone can join in, regardless of budget!
