Mental Health Make-Up MARDI GRAS

Friday April 19th, 7-10pm

Let’s let the good times roll and shake off the last of winter!

2 things conspired together to jam up our yearly Mardi Gras Party in February. #1: the entire lunar system of Mardi Gras/ Lent was super early this year, Easter is in March for gosh sakes. #2: Amelia’s mental health was trash and the idea of being that hype was not doable.

We are making up for it now! The sun is a little brighter, things feel a little easier, and we aren’t ok with going an entire year without costumes and GUMBO. Cajun is one of Amelia’s favorite food to make: it’s food with depth that takes time and intention, and while it isn’t the most picturesque- brown colored foods are always the most delicious!

We hope to see all your best sequins, lamè, and razzle dazzle, we want to encourage your fantasy and imagination so we’re having a COSTUME CONTEST

1st Place: $30 Club Gift Certificate
2nd Place: $25 Club Gift Certificate
Ann Flagg Spirit Award: $20 Club Gift Certificate

for when its the thought that counts, and that thought is truly inspired

At 9pm we are going to clear out the tables from the banquette room, turn the lights way down and DANCE IT OUT for a quick and dirty hour dance party. Let’s get our bodies moving and feeling cute!
