A Note from Amelia – August 16, 2023
Our Summer Fundraising has been delightfully successful and we’re so incredibly grateful to all of you for your generosity.
Our C.P.C. Carnival was super fun, weird, and profitable! Everyone knows that we love doing wacky stuff around here, and that carnival might have been one of the wackiest events yet. It was certainly the event with the most Club Member participation, from moving the dunk tank in and out of the yard, to setting everything up, to working the booths; it was incredible to see so many people working together towards the common goal.
We’ve already raised $1,442 towards paying bills like yearly insurance premiums, taxes, accountants, and refilling the contingency fund that we rely on to keep our prices in a range that doesn’t exclude our own community.
Our On-line Auction is still going until August 20th, so check out all the great stuff our members have donated, and place your bids!
Making this Club continue to exist is a lot of work, but knowing how much it means to all of you makes all of that work 100% worth it. This place is a labor of love, and thank you to everyone who has participated and shown us that love back.
